Crankcase 90.5/92mm Cylinders 10mm Case Savers: Beetle (1950-1979), T2 Bay (1968-1979), Splitscreen (1950-1967)

Aluminium Super race crankcase manufactured by Auto Linea.

A universal design with Type 3 oil filler (Blanking plate included) and type 2 engine bar mounts. Manufactured from strong and durable aluminium with the following performance modifications – No machining required. Oil pick up pipes are included
-Drilled and tapped for full flow option – 3/8″ NPT thread. Supplied with a pre-installed blanking plug.
-Ready cut for 90.5/92mm barrel and pistons, with 10mm case savers fitted
-The void behind number 3 cylinder is filled in adding strength to this weak area
-The rear oil gallery is fitted with a removable plug for easy cleaning
-Pent roof design for up to 82mm VW journal crankshafts allowing clearance for long stroke cranks without loss of strength, 86mm cranks can be dropped in
-Centre main bearing stud holes are shuffle pinned to prevent movement

Oil pick-up pipe security should always be checked as they are factory assembled but may not be fully tightened
