AA Performance Machine In Thick Wall 1835cc 92mm Cast Barrel & Piston Kit.

Machine in 92mm barrel & piston kit. These cylinders are a full 2mm thicker than standard 92mm cylinders. For people that want the ultimate cooling and strength in high performance applications. Includes piston rings, gudgeon pins and clips.

This thick wall 1835cc barrel and piston kit is designed to fit the 90.5/92mm engine case, but the barrel is 2mm thicker than the standard 92mm kit and as such requires the larger 94mm style cylinder heads usually used with 1914cc engines. This extra thickness is perfect for high performance applications due to the increased strength and cooling ability.

They have a 92mm diameter piston which when used with the standard 69mm crankshaft fitted to all 1300cc to 1600cc engines it will give you 1835cc. The 39.80mm compression height will work with small stroked cranks 69, 74, and 76.

Requires machining of the case and heads to fit. We do sell engine cases and cylinder heads designed & pre-cut for this barrels & piston kit. Please note you can not fit Teflon buttons with this barrel and piston kit.
