Machine in 92mm barrel & piston kit. These cylinders are a full 2mm thicker than standard 92mm cylinders. For people that want the ultimate cooling and strength in high performance applications. Includes piston rings, gudgeon pins and clips.

This thick wall 2180cc barrel and piston kit is designed to fit the 90.5/92mm engine case, but the barrel is 2mm thicker than the standard 92mm kit and as such requires the larger 94mm style cylinder heads usually used with 2276cc engines. This extra thickness is perfect for high performance applications due to the increased strength and cooling ability.
Stroker barrel and piston sets are designed to make engine assembly easier when fitting larger stroke crankshafts. This is typically achieved by a combination of longer barrels or shallower compression height. By using this type of barrel & piston not so many barrel spacers will be required when doing final set up of deck height and compression ratio.

They have an 92mm diameter piston which when used with an 82mm long stroke crankshaft fitted to heavily modified 1300cc to 1600cc engine cases it will give you 2180cc

This stroker barrel & piston kit is designed to be used with a larger throw crankshaft; it is not suitable for use with a standard throw crankshaft.

86mm Crankshaft = 2287cc
